So we already put up the original version of this track. But Felix Da Housecat puts his own little spin on this and it is certainly worth a listen. Seriously check it out. You won't be able to get it out of your head. Side note, I used to love Mountain Dew as a kid. Now they've got a label. Now I've seen it all.

This came out last week and these guys are just killing it right now. We saw The Knocks last week at Brooklyn Bowl with our hometown favorite Ghost Beach. It was a show for the ages. If you don't know about the Knocks yet, now you do.

So MS MR is a mysterious situation. No one really knows anything about them. They just dropped this mix tape with a typed written note. And off they go. We'll find out about them when they go on tour this month. I love the mystery.

Metric - Artificial Nocturne (Love Thy Brother Remix)

Just a total face melt type situation. Loved it from the get go. Metric killing it and Love Thy Brother just leaving it all out there. Let summer reign!

Gold & Youth - Time To Kill

 We're gonna take a little step back here and just let this one play out. Right off the bat, I was hooked. I knew something was coming. The vocals are a little off putting to start, but this plays out well. This is a very different track. But it's good nonetheless. It's a nice change of pace. It takes me to a place that's familiar but I can't put my finger on it. It might just be Southern Florida in 1987. Not so sure yet. But that's the leader in the club house. Gold & Youth are coming to us from Vancouver, BC. So, about the farthest from South Florida as you can be. Doesn't matter, it's good.

RAC - If You Forget Me (Gigamesh Remix)

Sometimes things slip by. Sometimes we have to look back and make sure we didn't miss anything. And in this case we see that we clearly missed this one. Somehow this came out two years ago, and I'm just digging into it now. It makes sense, it's RAC and Gigamesh, both of whom crank out bangers. So yeah, this makes sense. Anyways, give this a listen. It's awesome.

All three combine to make this one the most worthy thing you listen to today.

It may be a couple weeks after Memorial Day, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be rocking this every weekend. The Knocks absolutely slay this mix and it's a must have for your summer playlist. Especially if you're pool partying or yachting. Whatever.

Young Galaxy - Shoreless Kid

Heavenly. First word that comes to mind when I stumbled across this one. Young Galaxy come to us from Vancouver, and they've been at it for a while. This one sticks with me. It's on repeat.

Little Boots - Headphones

How about a little disco for your Tuesday? Little Boots aka Victoria Christina Hesketh comes to us from Blackpool, England. She nails it on this one. I wear my headphones at the disco too, girl.

Kill Paris - I'm Free

I'm starting to feel like I'm on Kill Paris' payroll. I'm not. But I can't get enough of him lately. He is on the rise in a big way and if he keeps releasing tracks like this, well, I'm just going to have to continue talking about him. It's just the way it's got to be. I will say, I am catching some Madeon influence in this track, with the chopped up vocals strung together to make a beautifully coherent chorus. Makes me think of Madeon's Pop Culture. I like it alot.

Madeon - Finale

Madeon is back with a banger. Homeboy knows how to crank them out. And I'm pretty sure he is still in high school; as evidenced by his picture above. Whatever,  kid is legit.

Ghost Beach - Miracle (Viceroy Remix)

Our boys over at Ghost Beach get the remix treatment from Viceroy today. These guys are just straight killing it right now. Everything they touch has been gold thus far. They are in the studio finishing up their debut album and I can't wait to hear what they have in store for us. Keep an eye on these guys.
