The Knux and the Kid. From the first strum of the guitar I knew exactly what was coming. Not in a bad way. In a "this is what the fuck I am talking about" kind of way. Coming to a summer party near you. Hooked.
We've got a lot going on here. First and foremost, we lead off with the ever haunting vocals from Florence & The Machine's - Cosmic Love. Which on its own, is one of the best songs of the year. Add on top of that Mr. Rager's lyrics and you've got a nice little experience going on. Enjoy this one folks. It's good.
Holy sh*t! I don't know how I missed this. This week is dedicated to beautiful things that have passed us by. And this is no exception. Anyway, Mr. Rager himself just gets downright silly here. Flowing over some old school Patsy Cline. Are you kidding me? It's actually amazing how well it works. And daps to Sharam for putting this all together in a pretty little package. Have you people heard this? Cause I had not. I shall say 12 Hail Mary's for my penance. What will you do?

Cudi's blowin up. Has been for a while, but dude just keeps pickin up speed. I guess it doesn't hurt when everyone and their brother wants to remix every word you say. Regardless, this is pretty dope too. Catch the Vampire Weekend sample in there too. I'm not sure when this song is appropriate to play, but I'm thinking when you just need to turn the speakers to 11 will do just fine.
I'm late on this, but I haven't looked at a TV or computer since Friday, turns out I didn't have wifi access on the yacht this weekend. Anyways, Kid Cudi is a funny dude. He's got a pretty dope style too. At first glance, I thought this one was a no brainer, I love Cudi, and it's apparent I've got some love for lcd soundsystem as well. So, Cudi took what I think is the best track off the new lcd soundsystem album and puts his own spin on it. Christian Bale's terminator freak out at the beginning may seem a bit cheesy at first, but it's kind of funny too. And that's kind of why I like Cudi, cause he doesn't take himself too seriously. And you shouldn't either.
