Goodwill & Hook N Sling - Take You Higher (Club Mix)

I was skeptical at first. It sounded too house-y for my taste to start. Then I realized what this was. It's a nice little remix of Angus & Julia Stone's Big Jet Plane. A solid tune on its own right. Gets the rerub here and it's good. Parts of it are still too house influenced for my liking, but as a whole, it's a nice tune. Put it on your boat or your beach playlist. Tell em where you're from.

Angus and Julia Stone - Big Jet Plane

Soothing. Clouds. Ocean breeze. Life is okay. Hi. What did you just say? Sorry, just totally spaced out. Shut your brain off and enjoy. Angus and Julia come to us from Sydney, Australia. And guess what? They're brother and sister! Cool! Anyway, he's got a silky/scratchy smooth voice that reminds me of Ezra Koenig from Vampire Weekend. Not saying who's better, just saying they remind me of one another. This isn't a pissing contest. Anyways, check out this rework from Hatian producer Michael Brun. It's delicious.
