Today is a exciting day. We had the pleasure of waking up to this little gem in our inbox. Drew Harris of Germany Germany fame is back from a self imposed hiatus. And he's got some tricks up his sleeve. We've got a couple tracks off his forthcoming album: Blank Mind Empty Heart for a little tease. I am thoroughly enjoying both tracks although Departure is more immediate. It has that dreamy, ethereal feel to it that instantly wisps you away to another place and time. I'm not quite sure what place and time it is, but it's comfortable and warm. Perfect for a chilly February Sunday.
Disconnect, on the other hand, makes you work for it. You've got to really listen. You won't be immediately drawn in like you are with Departure but you'll earn it though, and it's worth the wait as it builds and collects itself for a bold finish.
